I'm reposting my alkaline blog post along with this video to get a better understanding and the importance of becoming more alkaline with our eating habits. so here it is. bottom line: drink more water, eat more raw fruits & veggies as they are as much as possible, stay away from fried anything, fast food w/ too much grease, sodas, any juices that aren't 100% juice, and drinks w/ too much High Fructose Corn syrup..
